Job Type Comission Based Salary $175k/year - 250k/year Location Newark, NJ The Director of Operations will take ownership of a core production function, ensuring safe, efficient, and predictable execution across all operational areas. This role is responsible for performance, quality, cost control, and team development, while working cross functionally to keep production aligned with company goals. This is not a short term execution role. The ideal candidate will operate as a business owner of their function, developing forward looking operational plans, aligning capacity and labor, and implementing systems that support long term growth. The role requires a strong leader of leaders, capable of driving accountability, improving processes, and building a high performing team in a fast paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: • Own full operational performance including safety, quality, delivery, and cost • Develop and manage production and staffing plans aligned with forecasts • Lead and develop managers through coaching and accountability • Establish KPIs and drive performance improvements across operations • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste • Ensure standardized processes are followed and continuously improved • Manage operational risks and implement preventative strategies • Communicate performance and strategic plans to leadership • Build team structure, training programs, and succession plans • Develop long term operational roadmaps aligned with company growth Qualifications: • 7+ years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing or production • Proven ability to lead leaders and manage large teams • Strong understanding of production systems and process improvement • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and labor planning • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Hands on, ownership driven leadership style Location: Newark, NJ Type: Full time, in person Salary: $175,000–$250,000/year To get the full list of current career opportunities, WhatsApp 💰 Refer a friend and earn up to $1,500 upon a successful hire 💰
