Job Type Comission Based Salary $100k/year - 120k/year Location Newark, NJ The Associate Counsel will support the General Counsel in executing the company’s legal strategy, focusing on transactional and commercial legal matters that support day to day operations. This is a hands on role with strong ownership, working closely with internal teams to provide clear, business focused legal guidance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, business minded, and able to balance legal risk with operational needs. This role offers exposure across multiple departments and the opportunity to work within a fast paced, growth oriented organization.
