Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director of Operations Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY $200,000 Base + Performance Bonuses Overview Established construction trade company is seeking a high-energy Director of Operations / COO to take full ownership of the business and oversee multiple commercial projects from sales through project completion. This role will run day-to-day operations across all core functions, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and strong execution across the entire workflow — including sales, estimating/takeoffs, project management, finance, and installation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with an ownership mindset who can step in, take control, and drive the business forward. Prior construction experience is a strong plus.
