Product Development Manager Newark, NJ (On-Site) $100,000 – $125,000 DOE Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Product Development Manager to drive the creation and expansion of new products across online marketplaces. This role is focused on product development — identifying opportunities, working with suppliers and/or factories, and supporting the process of bringing products from idea to production. The ideal candidate has real, practical experience developing products and can contribute immediately to help scale a growing e-commerce business. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market demand and trends Support product development from concept through production Work directly with suppliers and/or factories on sourcing and development Collaborate with internal teams on product launches across marketplaces Analyze product performance, pricing, and competition Continuously refine and expand the product catalog based on data and market insights Ideal Candidate Hands-on experience in product development — sourcing new products, working directly with factories, or supporting products from idea to production Proven e-commerce experience Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central Strong, practical experience in at least one core part of the product development lifecycle Comfortable communicating with suppliers and factories Highly analytical with strong product and market instincts Execution-focused with strong ownership and follow-through Experience launching products on Amazon or other marketplaces Familiarity with multi-channel e-commerce (Walmart, Shopify, etc.) To Apply Email resume to: ahuva@maiplacement.com
