$150,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable, execution-driven COO / Implementation Lead to act as a true #2 to the founder and drive the growth, structure, and monetization of a financial wellness business.
This role is focused on turning vision into a functioning, revenue-generating business . You will take ideas, frameworks, and early concepts and build the systems, team, and execution engine needed to bring them to market and scale them.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and highly hands-on , comfortable operating across operations, technology, and business buildout. You will work closely with developers, consultants, and internal team members to ensure everything moves forward with clarity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Take founder vision and translate it into clear execution plans and revenue-generating initiatives
Build and implement systems across operations, product, and service delivery
Work with developers and consultants to ensure the platform supports business goals
Oversee data, dashboards, and performance tracking to drive decision-making
Identify opportunities to monetize existing and new offerings
Hire, build, and manage the right team (technical + concierge/coaching layer)
Hold team members accountable
Create structure, processes, and workflows that allow the business to scale
Act as the central point of coordination across all moving parts of the company
Ensure execution is consistent, efficient, and aligned with growth goals
Qualifications and Must-Haves:
Strong leadership background with experience building, managing, and scaling remote and offshore teams
Strong technical exposure — experience working closely with developers, systems, or tech-enabled platforms
Proven ability to take ideas or early-stage concepts and turn them into revenue-generating businesses or products
Experience operating in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
Experience working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
Ability to understand and oversee systems, platforms, and workflows (direct knowledge in coding is not required)
Demonstrated success in execution, operations, and business buildout
High emotional intelligence and strong judgment in managing people and situations
Extremely detail-oriented and accountability-driven
Sharp, fast-thinking, and able to operate independently
