A boutique lingerie store is looking to hire a compassionate, detail-oriented, and body-positive Fit Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with customers to help them find the perfect fit and style, provide product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back. Responsibilities: Conduct personalized fitting sessions with customers in a respectful, professional, and supportive manner Offer expert recommendations on fit, styles, and products based on customer needs and preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting fitting room and sales floor environment Build relationships with customers and provide a memorable, confidence-boosting experience Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays Stay up to date on new products and fit techniques through training and vendor resources Handle sales transactions and returns professionally and efficiently Qualifications: Prior retail experience preferred, especially in apparel or intimate wear Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing fit and body-related topics with sensitivity and discretion Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Passion for helping people feel good about themselves Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Salary: $60K Location: Brooklyn, NY
