Early Intervention Service Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time Department: Early Intervention Services Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Service Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting infants and toddlers (birth to three years) with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. The Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for families, coordinating comprehensive early intervention services and ensuring seamless delivery of individualized support programs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. This position requires a professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families during critical developmental years. Essential Professional Competencies Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to documentation, compliance requirements, and individualized service plan details Organizational Skills: Superior ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and maintain comprehensive records Primary Responsibilities Case Management and Coordination Serve as the primary service coordinator for an assigned caseload of families with children eligible for early intervention services Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify family needs, priorities, and resources Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, including Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and review sessions Ensure timely delivery of all required early intervention services as outlined in each child's IFSP Monitor service implementation and make adjustments as needed to meet changing family circumstances and child development Bachelor's Degree required.
