Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Serve as a key member of the executive team, shaping the company's financial direction and long-term strategy Partner with senior leadership to drive growth initiatives and business decisions from a financial lens Own financial reporting and ensure the integrity of all financial statements Treasury & Operations Lead cash management, FP&A, and internal controls across the business Oversee all AP, AR, and payroll functions Manage banking relationships and capital structure Stakeholder & Investor Relations Interface with banks, high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other key stakeholders Represent the company's financial story with professionalism and clarity Support fundraising, deal-making, and growth financing as needed Qualifications Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field Strong command of financial statements and reporting Experience in a high-growth or multi-unit business environment preferred but exceptional talent will be considered Strategic thinker with the creativity to solve complex financial problems Polished communicator comfortable operating at the executive level Driven, ownership-oriented, and ready to go beyond a 9-to-5 mentality Interested?
