Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Sourcing Source and engage candidates for open roles Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations Client & Candidate Management Support senior recruiters with day-to-day placement activity Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and progress Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Office Operations Work on-site during scheduled hours: Monday Thursday 11AM 7PM, Friday 9AM 1PM Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced office environment Qualifications Entry-level candidates welcome no prior recruiting experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Interested?
