Clinical Director of Mental Health Services | Brooklyn, NY $180k - $220k + Profit Share About the Role A well-established mental health organization is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee their mental health services department. This is a leadership role not a direct service role. You will be responsible for managing a team of 15 30 therapists, ensuring clinical compliance, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you are a licensed clinical social worker with a strong sense of leadership, practical judgment, and the ability to hold a team accountable while supporting their growth, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Oversight Oversee a department of 15 30 therapists across mental health services Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and performance management Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with Article 31 mental health regulations and standards Oversee audits and ensure documentation and clinical practices meet requirements Identify and address gaps in compliance proactively Operations & Administration Manage day-to-day departmental operations Work cross-functionally with leadership and administrative teams Ensure smooth, efficient delivery of services across the department Qualifications LCSW or LCSW-R required Article 31 mental health clinic experience required Prior experience overseeing a mental health department Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Compliance-minded with practical, common-sense approach Team player who can lead with both authority and empathy Interested?
