We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service & E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee customer support, wholesale account management, administrative operations, and day-to-day e-commerce platform execution across all sales channels. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, platform compliance, and an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, operationally strong, comfortable managing multiple platforms, and able to take ownership of processes while working closely with leadership and internal teams. Responsibilities: Customer Service & Wholesale Account Management Manage customer service across all websites and sales platforms independently. Handle all phone-based customer service, including retail and wholesale inquiries. Serve as the primary account manager for wholesale customers, including: Entering and managing orders Creating and tracking invoices Following up on payments Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently across all channels. Administrative & Order Management Enter and manage Faire orders, including resolving any issues that arise. Oversee all FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders to ensure timely shipment. Proactively handle FBM issues such as missing items, errors, or discrepancies. Enter and reconcile bank deposits across all sales platforms. act as the Responsible Person (RP) for: Inventory transfers Replenishments Missing items on orders Items required for Faire and other platform orders Maintain responsibility for department billing, receipts, and financial documentation. Coordinate closely with internal team members to handle ongoing administrative tasks as they arise. Inventory, Replenishments & Logistics: Manage FBM replenishments end-to-end. Manage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) replenishments, including: Creating replenishment plans Executing inventory transfers in system Creating WFS orders in Walmart Seller Center Generating labels Following up with other locations to ensure timely execution Monitor inventory levels across all platforms to ensure all listings remain in stock and accurate. E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee all orders on all platforms, including: Cancellation requests Returns and refunds Late shipments or delivery issues Monitor listings to ensure they are active, properly published, and compliant. Immediately address and resolve any unpublished or suppressed listings. Open and manage support cases with platform support teams and follow through until resolution. Maintain customer item mappings for each platform in the system. Monitor platform performance metrics to prevent account warnings or suspensions. Manage and update pricing across all platforms according to company direction. Listings, Projects & Platform Expansion: Support ongoing and new listing projects by taking ownership of manual execution tasks, including: Editing listings Updating copy Uploading images Configuring variants Assist with large-scale listing projects such as: Website category restructuring (mapping products to the correct categories) Major Walmart listing overhauls (copy rewrites, photo updates, variant restructuring) Collaborate with management on strategy and execution for new platforms and marketplaces. Stay informed about new product launches and proactively prepare listings for Faire and other platforms in advance. Qualifications: Strong experience in customer service and e-commerce operations. Experience managing marketplaces such as Walmart, Faire, Shopify, or similar platforms. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing inventory, replenishments, and operational workflows. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take ownership, problem-solve independently, and follow through on tasks. Experience with Acclamare or similar inventory/order management systems is a plus.
