This is a key hire for a growing organization looking to strengthen its in-house finance function and support continued expansion. The ideal candidate will come from a healthcare setting, preferably home care, with prior experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller. Candidates should have a strong understanding of healthcare billing cycles, financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll review, and budgeting.
