Real Estate Operations Coordinator Location: Upstate NY Full-Time | In-Office Salary: $75K–$125K DOE A growing real estate firm is seeking a hands-on and highly organized professional with experience working with mortgages, loans, banking, insurance, and real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have real office experience dealing directly with lenders, financial paperwork, and overall transaction coordination. Someone with mortgage industry, owner’s rep, or real estate office operations experience would be a strong fit. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage mortgage and loan processes Work directly with banks, lenders, and insurance companies Handle documentation, follow-ups, and transaction coordination Assist ownership with day-to-day real estate operations Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and outside vendors Track deadlines, approvals, and required paperwork Support office operations and keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications: Experience in mortgages, loans, banking, or real estate operations required Owner’s rep or real estate office experience is a strong plus Strong communication and organizational skills Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Professional office experience required Salary: $75K–$125K DOE Location: Upstate NY Full-Time | In-Office
