Business Development Executive – Title Insurance A growing title insurance company is seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with direct experience selling to clients and industries that actively use title insurance services. This is not a general sales role — candidates must come with relevant industry relationships and a proven track record selling into the real estate, development, lending, legal, or related space. Someone with unrelated sales experience (food sales, retail sales, etc.) will not be a fit. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, lenders, attorneys, nursing home operators, and other industry professionals Generate new business and close high-value title insurance deals Expand company presence within the real estate and transactional space Build long-term partnerships and maintain strong client relationships Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and business development Requirements: Proven business development or sales experience within title insurance, real estate, mortgage, lending, legal, or related industries Existing book of business and strong industry connections preferred Demonstrated track record of closing deals and generating revenue Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly driven, professional, and results-oriented Full-Time | In-Office Location: Brooklyn, NY Base Salary: Up to $100K DOE + Strong Commission Structure
