HR Director A growing home care agency in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead internal recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a smart, organized, and proactive leader who understands hiring strategy, recruiting operations, and team building. Candidate must live locally and not have a long commute. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all internal recruitment efforts Build and manage hiring processes and recruiting strategies Source, interview, and hire strong talent across departments Work closely with leadership on staffing needs and growth plans Improve recruiting workflows and hiring efficiency Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment required Prior HR leadership experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fast-paced operator with strong organizational abilities Home care or healthcare experience is a plus Full-Time | In-Office Salary: $140K–$175K DOE Location: Brooklyn, NY
