Real Estate Management Company
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting across a growing real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping and financial records
Handle AP/AR, vendor payments, and rent collections
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets
Track property expenses and cash flow
Coordinate with management, vendors, and accountants
Maintain organized systems and accurate reporting
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience
AP/AR management experience
Advanced Excel skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up
Ability to manage multiple properties/entities
Real estate or property management experience preferred
Experience with Rent Manager or QuickBooks is a plus
Looking for someone reliable, proactive, and able to create structure in a fast-paced real estate environment.
