A growing, mission-driven provider serving the I/DD community is seeking a results-driven, highly personable Business Development / Community Liaison to grow referrals across NJ DDD and PA ODP. This is not a passive marketing role. Success comes from consistent outreach, relationship-building, and strong follow-through. What You’ll Do: Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to Support Coordinators and referral sources Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, families, and community partners Attend networking events and represent the organization in the field Educate families and professionals on available services and supports Develop and maintain a steady referral pipeline Track outreach and drive admissions growth Who This Is For: Friendly, outgoing, and naturally relationship-driven Someone who is 'chatty' - can easily connect to our referral agencies & is comfortable with initial outreach and ongoing communication Comfortable with persistent daily outreach Strong communicator who follows up and closes loops Experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or operations Existing relationships in NJ DDD and/or PA ODP strongly preferred Spanish bilingual a plus Details: 📍 Lakewood, NJ-based (hybrid flexibility for the right candidate; travel required as needed) 💰 Competitive base + very strong performance-based bonus/commission structure What we’re looking for: Proactive, determined, highly driven individuals who don't give up and follow through to the end Capable, responsible individuals aligned with high-quality care.
