Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Associate to support daily accounting operations. This role will assist with vendor payments, service invoices, prepayments, customer account support, and transaction processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, and works well with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, with a focus on service-related bills. Coordinate with internal departments to confirm service completion before payment processing. Assist with supplier prepayments based on approved proforma invoices. Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure proper documentation for all payments. Handle sensitive and confidential payment information with discretion. Accounts Receivable: Assist with the credit reference process for new and existing customers. Record and reconcile daily credit card batch transactions. Process credits for direct shipments and ensure they match vendor documentation. Support customer account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of AR transactions and supporting documentation. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
