Overview
A day healthcare company is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations within the care center. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring high-quality client care throughout the day, and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all participants.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support caregivers, nurses, and activity staff during daily operations.
Ensure all clients receive proper care in line with individual care plans, including meals, medication support, and supervision.
Coordinate daily schedules, staffing, and activities to ensure smooth center operations.
Serve as the main point of contact for staff, families, and management regarding day-to-day operational issues.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a busy care setting.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, practical decisions.
Requirements:
Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or a related field (day care or institutional setting preferred).
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a responsible, caring approach.
