Help Desk Technician
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and Help Desk Technician with a background in software troubleshooting and support. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for employees who need help with computers, software, or general computer questions.
Troubleshoot and fix hardware issues (keyboards, monitors, laptops, etc.) and help coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
Assist users with common tools such as Microsoft Office, email, internet browsers, and any company-specific programs.
Handle both hardware and software issues, including setting up new computers, installing programs, and fixing day-to-day device problems.
