Bookkeeper
Overview
An ABA company is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. The role involves handling accounts, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial records to support the organization’s ongoing services and growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Requirements:
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
Experience in healthcare or ABA settings is a plus.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
