Outside Sales Representative
Our client, a growing 3PL company, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for bringing in new business by identifying brands and shippers that need high performance fulfillment and FBA prep services. This role focuses on selling tailored 3PL solutions, including inbound container handling, inventory management, order fulfillment, Amazon FBA prep, and compliance driven shipping to national retailers. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter who understands 3PL, e-commerce like Amazon, Walmart and Target sellers, and operational pain points such as delays, shrinkage, and lack of visibility. Responsibilities: Prospect and acquire new clients including e-commerce brands, Amazon sellers, and wholesale shippers Sell services including warehousing, fulfillment, container breakdown, Amazon FBA prep, kitting, and redistribution Conduct in person and virtual meetings to understand client inventory flows, compliance requirements, and growth challenges Present technology driven solutions including real time inventory visibility, FIFO and FEFO logic, and retailer specific compliance workflows Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and execution for new clients Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Stay current on e-commerce, Amazon FBA requirements, and fulfillment trends Qualifications: 2 plus years of outside sales experience, preferably in 3PL, fulfillment, warehousing, or e-commerce logistics Strong understanding of Amazon FBA prep, retailer compliance, or DTC fulfillment is highly preferred Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business Comfortable selling operational and technical solutions, not just price Excellent communication and relationship building skills Self motivated with strong time and territory management Experience using CRM systems and sales tools Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Location: Remote (Headquarters Perth Amboy, New Jersey) Salary: $65K + Commission
