Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) English & Spanish Speaking Competitive Salary About the Role: An ABA company serving the Jewish community in New York and New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality clinical services to children and families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising therapy staff while ensuring culturally sensitive and ethical care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and clinically strong. They are organized, collaborative, and experienced in delivering ABA services with both clinical precision and cultural awareness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise, train, and support RBTs and ABA therapists Provide parent training and caregiver education in a culturally appropriate manner Collaborate with schools and interdisciplinary professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with NY/NJ regulations Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards and best practices Qualifications: Active BCBA certification in good standing Eligible to practice in New York (and/or New Jersey) Master s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills This role offers a flexible and supportive environment with strong clinical leadership and growth opportunities.
