Key Responsibilities: Utilize construction takeoff software to prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets based on architectural drawings and specifications. Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain up-to-date pricing and bid information. Analyze and evaluate subcontractor quotes, selecting appropriate vendors to optimize cost and maintain quality. Review project plans to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks. Support bid preparation, schedule management, and plan markups to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
