We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach Review resumes and screen applicants based on role requirements Conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate interview logistics and collect feedback from interviewers Manage job postings and update applicant tracking systems Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using recruiting software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Professional and detail-oriented mindset Preferred Skills Experience with sourcing candidates online Ability to evaluate candidate fit and professionalism Strong follow-up and time management skills Healthcare recruiting experience preferred (if applicable)
