We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Client Onboarding & Account Coordinator to manage client onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing account coordination. This role is focused on keeping clients moving smoothly through the onboarding process, ensuring strong communication, and making sure no tasks or details fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
Manage new client onboarding from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule onboarding/setup calls with clients
Collect and organize all required client information and documentation
Follow up consistently on outstanding items, documents, and payments
Keep clients updated throughout the onboarding and setup process
Ensure accounts are properly set up and configured in the system according to company procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client information
Monitor onboarding progress and ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately
Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with existing clients
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Proactive, responsive, and dependable
Comfortable coordinating with clients by phone and email
Ability to stay on top of operational tasks and timelines
Experience with client onboarding, account coordination, or customer operations preferred
