Tech Lead – Full Stack SaaS Platform Full-Time | Hybrid | Eastern Time Zone 175-200k A growing healthcare technology company is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to help architect and build scalable cloud-native SaaS platforms, CRMs, and backend systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both high-level system architecture and hands-on coding. The ideal candidate will lead development across Python, FastAPI, React.js, and AWS technologies while mentoring developers and enforcing strong engineering practices. Responsibilities Architect and build backend services using Python, FastAPI, AWS, DynamoDB, and PostgreSQL Develop scalable APIs, data pipelines, and high-volume processing systems Lead code reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices Manage CI/CD workflows and infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams on system design and deployments Mentor developers and help maintain clean, scalable code architecture Tech Stack Python, FastAPI, React.js AWS (Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, SQS, IAM) DynamoDB, PostgreSQL Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions Qualifications 5+ years of engineering experience, including leadership experience Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and AWS Experience with scalable systems, ETL workflows, SQL & NoSQL databases Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred Healthcare, fintech, or regulated systems experience Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or secure system design Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka or SQS Excellent opportunity for a senior engineer looking to lead high-impact products while remaining deeply hands-on technically.
