HR Specialist
Overview
A growing ABA company is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented HR Specialist / HR Operations professional to support day-to-day HR functions and help maintain a positive, people-focused work environment. This role is ideal for someone professional, reliable, and highly organized, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding, hiring documentation, and HR administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist with payroll support and related administrative tasks.
Support employee relations and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accuracy.
Professional, dependable, and people-focused approach.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of HR experience required.
ABA industry experience is a plus.
Ability to work full time.
Must be able to work Monday–Thursday in the Boro Park office, with Fridays remote.
