Overview Growing commercial HVAC company in the Monsey/Rockland County area is seeking an experienced, organized, and driven individual to lead and manage our Service Department operations. The ideal candidate will have prior HVAC industry experience, preferably as a service technician, and be comfortable managing technicians, coordinating service operations, handling customer issues, and driving department performance. Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day HVAC service department operations Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently Managing technician productivity, accountability, and performance Driving department KPIs, workflow, and profitability Handling customer escalations and service-related issues Tracking open calls, callbacks, parts, and job progress Coordinating with customers regarding scheduling and updates Assisting with billing review, job closeout, and operational follow-up Helping improve systems, structure, and overall department efficiency Qualifications: Previous HVAC industry experience required Prior hands-on experience as an HVAC technician preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Experience with dispatching/service management software is a plus Yiddish speaking is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a growing commercial HVAC service department and play a key leadership role within the company.
