As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Brooklyn and help us recruit top psychiatric providers nationwide. Position Overview The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and coordinating the hiring of psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), psychiatrists, and other behavioral health providers. This is an in-office position that requires a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual who is comfortable managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and skilled at identifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing * Recruit Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals. * Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional associations, social media, and networking. * Identify passive candidates and conduct outreach campaigns. * Maintain ongoing communication with prospective candidates. Candidate Screening & Coordination * Conduct initial candidate screening interviews. * Assess qualifications, experience, licensure, and cultural fit. * Coordinate interviews with leadership and clinical management teams. * Maintain accurate candidate records within Zoho Recruit and related systems. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
