Technical PM / Business Analyst Low-Code to Enterprise SaaS Migration Location: Lakewood, NJ (preferred) or Remote – US (EST hours) Full-Time | $80K–$120K Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Technical PM who operates as a Business Analyst and light Product Manager. You’ll learn and document an existing low-code system, translate workflows into clear MVP-ready requirements, and help lead the migration to an enterprise SaaS platform. This role owns clarity — eliminating ambiguity so engineering can execute without guesswork. Key Responsibilities Document and deconstruct current low-code workflows Identify gaps, constraints, and technical debt Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria Own Jira, backlog grooming, and sprint readiness Define phased migration from low-code to enterprise platform Align engineering and stakeholders on scope and MVP decisions Requirements 5+ years as Technical PM / BA / Product Ops Strong B2B SaaS or complex platform experience Expert at defining clear, executable requirements Deep Jira & agile experience Comfortable in evolving systems Migration experience a plus Medicaid / regulated workflow background a plus
