We’re hiring a hands-on Technical PM who operates as a Business Analyst to eliminate ambiguity, prevent over-engineering, and keep delivery moving fast. This is not a passive PM role. You sit at the center of product, business, and engineering — turning unclear ideas into execution-ready work. Success is measured by speed, clarity, and MVP delivery. What You’ll Do Translate business needs into clear, MVP-focused user stories and acceptance criteria Own Jira, backlog grooming, prioritization, and development readiness Act as the primary requirements owner to unblock engineers quickly Push back on over-engineering and keep teams focused on what ships Identify risks early and remove blockers Maintain lightweight, execution-focused documentation What We’re Looking For US-based, EST hours Experience as a Technical PM, BA, or Product Ops in B2B SaaS Strong at defining clear, build-ready requirements Deep Jira and agile experience Comfortable working with strong-willed engineers Relentless MVP mindset Huge Plus: Medicaid, eligibility workflows, or gov-adjacent systems experience High ownership.
