Our business is built on execution, relationships, and results. We’re looking to add a strong leader who can both produce and lead from the front. The Role We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer / Team Leader who will originate loans personally while also leading, mentoring, and growing a team of loan officers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the mortgage business, understands investment lending, and can drive performance through example. Key Responsibilities Originate and close residential and investment property loans Lead, mentor, and support a team of loan officers Set expectations, track performance, and drive production Assist team members with structuring deals and problem-solving Help recruit, onboard, and train new loan officers as the team grows Maintain strong relationships with borrowers, investors, and referral partners Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines Act as the go-to resource for the team on complex or high-value deals Requirements Prior experience as a Loan Officer (highly preferred) Proven leadership or team management experience in a mortgage or financial services environment Strong knowledge of residential and investment loan products Ability to lead by example with personal production Organized, driven, and results-focused Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ideal Candidate A top-producing loan officer ready to step into leadership Someone who has led or mentored other loan officers in the past Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first attitude
