A thriving pediatric outpatient medical practice is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician to join their team of highly skilled providers. This is a full-time, high-volume outpatient position ideal for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive well-child care, sick visits, school/camp physicals, and occasional behavioral consultations Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of pediatric conditions in a busy outpatient setting Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families Collaborate with other physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Use Office Practicum EMR for all clinical documentation Comply with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and all applicable state/federal regulations Serve patients from birth through 21 years of age Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of a pediatric residency program Board Certified in Pediatrics Active New Jersey Medical License Outpatient pediatric experience preferred, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply Comfortable working in a high-volume setting and collaborating within a team Salary: $280K+ Location: New Jersey
