Long-Term Care Medicaid Sales Specialist Location: North Jersey (Passaic / Teaneck / Monsey) – On the Road (travel expenses covered) Hours: Full-Time Compensation: $125K base + commission (earn $200K+), strong growth potential Overview Senior Planning Services is seeking a driven, persuasive closer to meet with families and guide them through the final steps of choosing our Medicaid services. Leads are warm and pre-qualified by our in-office team, so your focus is on building trust and closing in person. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare and the long-term care landscape, who thrives on face-to-face persuasion and helping families navigate sensitive decisions. Key Responsibilities Meet with families in their homes across New Jersey (with occasional travel to CT and NY). Present Senior Planning Services clearly, address concerns, and secure commitments on the spot. Explain Medicaid services, their importance, and the value SPS provides. Position SPS as the trusted solution families should act on immediately. Build confident, empathetic relationships while navigating sensitive conversations. Represent SPS professionally, with empathy and authority. Qualifications Required: Proven ability to close—persuasive, confident, results-driven. Solid understanding of Medicaid/Medicare coverage, eligibility, and nursing home cycles. Experience in long-term care operations (Admissions, Administrators, Census Managers encouraged). Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex Medicaid concepts into clear guidance. Quick thinker, adaptable, and thrives under pressure. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
