VP Of Sales
Vice President of Sales & Business Development (SPS) Hours: Full-Time | Location: Tri-State Area (US travel required) Compensation: $250,000 + commission Overview We are seeking a senior, strategic sales executive to drive enterprise growth for Medicaid management services and related software. This role focuses on corporate and executive-level relationships with large, multi-site long-term care (LTC) organizations nationwide and leads national growth initiatives. You’ll operate above the facility level, partnering with the Director of Business Development, who manages facility-level execution. A strong understanding of Medicaid and the ability to sell tech-enabled services is critical. Key Responsibilities Lead national enterprise and corporate sales strategy Build and manage relationships with C-suite and senior executives at corporate LTC and multi-site operators Negotiate and close enterprise agreements, including national/regional rollouts Drive revenue growth for Medicaid services and supporting software Serve as senior executive contact for corporate accounts, overseeing outcomes, reporting, and metrics Partner with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment from corporate agreement to facility rollout Collaborate with the CRO on revenue strategy and go-to-market execution Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings, and conferences Qualifications Required: Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicaid-driven services Proven success in senior, complex, relationship-driven sales Experience selling tech-enabled services (not just software) Executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability Preferred: Experience in LTC with corporate or multi-site operators Established corporate LTC relationships Experience supporting enterprise rollouts and scaling growth initiatives
