Compliance Coordinator
Job Title: Compliance Coordinator Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our compliance department. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least one year of office experience in home care, who is eager to learn and grow by working closely alongside the Compliance Officer. Responsibilities: Work directly with the Compliance Officer to support day-to-day compliance operations Assist with audits, research, and interpretation of compliance requirements Maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation Perform general office and administrative tasks Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure accuracy of information Support internal reviews and preparation for external audits Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of office experience (home care experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to research and interpret compliance-related information Comfortable handling confidential information Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, email) Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn Ideal Candidate: Someone organized, dependable, and eager to build a career in compliance within the home care industry.
