Financial Controller (Manufacturing) Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $150k Schedule: Full-time, in-office Overview We are seeking a Controller / Accounting Manager with manufacturing experience to oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can own the financials and support day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing-related financial reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Work closely with ownership and operations on financial insights and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment A MUST Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management Experience with accounting systems; NetSuite experience a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on Able to work full-time, in-office in Brooklyn
