Bookkeeper / Office Administrator Location: Williamsburg Compensation: $75,000 Hours: Flexible — Full-time or part-time (11:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–3:00 PM) Role Overview We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience to manage day-to-day bookkeeping while also handling general office administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small office environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with payroll coordination Prepare basic financial reports as needed Support general office tasks and administrative work Maintain organized financial and office records Requirements Strong experience with QuickBooks Prior bookkeeping experience Basic computer and Excel skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Reliable and responsible Comfortable handling both bookkeeping and office tasks One-Liner Hands-on bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks skills who can also support general office operations.
