Executive Assistant
A well-established real estate company in the Five Towns is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional to modernize and organize internal systems. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with property management software who enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and order to legacy processes. Responsibilities Digitize, organize, and maintain property records and files Update and streamline internal systems and workflows Manage and optimize property management software (AppFolio experience strongly preferred) Ensure records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs related to property management Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using technology and best practices Requirements Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning and implementing new systems Experience with property management software (AppFolio is a major plus) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Must be based in the Five Towns area Position: Part-time
