Overview We are seeking an Internal Recruiter to support hiring across the organization while maintaining precise, well-organized recruiting and onboarding documentation. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles Source, screen, and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Track interview notes, hiring decisions, and approvals Collect, verify, and file all pre-employment and onboarding documents Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment requirements Partner with HR and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and on track Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-through skills Experience with ATS systems and hiring records Highly organized with strong attention to detail
