Intake Director
Location: Brooklyn / Monsey Compensation: Competitive salary, $130,000–$150,000, based on experience Overview: Seeking an experienced Intake Director to lead and optimize intake operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable onboarding. Ideal candidate is a strong people manager and systems-builder who brings structure and accountability to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee all intake operations and application processing Lead and develop intake staff; establish workflows and performance standards Build, implement, and improve intake systems and documentation Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations Review applications and documentation for accuracy Monitor KPIs to identify and resolve bottlenecks Partner cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and leadership Act as escalation point for complex intake issues Requirements: 3+ years management experience (required) Proven leadership in workflow/system development Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Backgrounds Considered: Intake Director/Manager in healthcare (preferred) Intake leadership in insurance, financial services, or social services Customer onboarding or operations leadership Operations professionals with experience in workflow optimization, KPIs, and compliance
