Job Summary We are seeking a driven and organized Shipping and receiving operations manager to oversee daily lumper operations, manage field employees, and grow business through outside sales. This role requires a hands-on hustler mentality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage time and people effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise lumper crews and on-site employees Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and staffing needs Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and on time Act as the main point of contact for clients and warehouse partners Conduct outside sales to secure new accounts and expand existing relationships Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work Handle basic reporting, timekeeping, and operational organization Required Qualifications Hustler mentality with a strong work ethic Highly organized with excellent time management skills Proven experience managing employees Experience in outside sales and client relationship building Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience in logistics, warehousing, or labor services Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Salary: $80,000 + Commision
