Outside Sales Representative
A leading importer of plastic products is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to drive new business, manage client relationships, and grow a substantial book of business. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and motivated by performance-based compensation. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the plastics manufacturing sector. Generate new business through provided leads and self-sourced opportunities. Maintain and grow customer relationships to maximize sales and profitability. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. Track all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems. Work closely with management to strategize and optimize sales efforts. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or distribution. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven. Comfortable managing leads and proactively sourcing new business. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary: $75K+ Location: Brooklyn, NY-Remote
