Outside Sales Representative
A rapidly growing staffing and labor solutions company providing dependable workers for events, facilities, warehouses, medical sites, offices, corporate building is looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Professional who thrives on building relationships, finding opportunities, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Tri-State area and beyond. Prospect, network, and generate qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, and business development activities. Confidently approach and present Handle’s services to potential clients in various industries. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction with services provided. Collaborate with operations and staffing teams to ensure smooth job execution and client follow-up. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications. Requirements: Proven sales experience, must be able to work independently without extensive training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable walking into new businesses and presenting with confidence. Background in B2B sales, staffing, event services, or labor supply preferred. Self-starter with excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail. Ability to manage a local territory and travel as needed. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn through performance-based commissions. Salary: $60K++ Location: Brooklyn, NY
