Private Label Product Manager
Job Title: Private Label Product Manager Location: New York New York Schedule: 40 hours/week, 3 on-site days Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Private Label Product Manager to drive sales, profitability, and brand growth. Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality private label products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and category management to execute brand strategies and optimize product performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute brand and product strategies aligned with business goals. Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Oversee vendor relationships, quality assurance, and compliance. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide product decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing, packaging, and sales performance. Monitor budgets, KPIs, and quarterly/annual performance reviews. Mentor junior team members and support skill development. Manage Amazon Seller Central or other online marketplace activities. Qualifications: 5+ years in product management, product development, or marketing for consumer electronics or hard goods. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and QA/QC best practices. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors. Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and marketplace platforms.
