Senior Client Account Manager
A well-established property and casualty insurance firm is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to assist with Senior Insurance agents' day-to-day client relationships. This role focuses on managing in-house clients and ensuring they receive fast, accurate, and exceptional service. The candidate must be polished, professional, and highly reliable, with excellent communication skills and a strong client-service mindset. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for all in-house client needs, renewals, and updates. Delegate tasks to internal team members and ensure timely completion. Build strong client relationships and deliver a white-glove experience. Handle requests, documents, quotes, and follow-ups with accuracy and speed. Resolve issues and ensure a smooth, organized client experience. Responsibilities: Excellent communication and people skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Experience in insurance, finance, or client/account management in similar industries. Professional, trustworthy, and able to manage high-value clients confidently.
