A prominent service company is looking to hire a Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, develop top-performing talent, and lead by example. The candidate will need to scale a team, close high-impact deals, and shape the future of their sales division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious monthly goals Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM accuracy Drive personal and team revenue by selling to mid-market companies and C-level executives Engage in key deals to accelerate and close opportunities Present strategic, results-driven solutions to prospective clients Oversee forecasts, team meetings, and performance development plans Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Support, and Implementation to ensure client success Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales talent as the team expands Qualifications: Proven success selling B2B services and achieving or exceeding targets Experience leading, managing, or mentoring a sales team Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized, process-driven, and proficient with CRM tools Tech-savvy and comfortable using data to guide performance Strategic thinker with a proactive, resourceful approach Driven to succeed while helping others grow and win Salary: $100K+++ Location: Brooklyn, NY
