The candidate will be pivotal in providing outstanding clinical care, focusing heavily on annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and managing walk-in patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive annual wellness visits and preventive health screenings, adhering to clinical guidelines. Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and walk-in patients in a community-focused, fast-paced environment. Build and sustain a loyal primary care panel, delivering exceptional chronic disease management and care coordination. Work alongside support staff to streamline clinical workflows and deliver excellent patient experiences. Serve as a clinical leader by mentoring staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability, and facilitating clinical decision-making. Uphold high standards in documentation, billing, and coding to ensure compliance and revenue integrity. Collaborate with practice leadership to identify growth opportunities, enhance operations, and execute innovative care strategies. Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) . Proficiency in primary care with experience in electronic medical records (EMR). Strong clinical expertise in managing chronic conditions. Comfort in prescribing controlled substances as necessary.
