Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facades Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing high-quality building facades and a strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods. Responsibilities Develop facade design concepts from initial sketches through detailed design. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution. Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and design documentation. Research materials, systems, and innovative solutions for facade performance. Ensure designs meet aesthetic, structural, and code requirements. Participate in client meetings and present design concepts when needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in facade design. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar). Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction details. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
